In 2016 I gave birth to my second child and let myself go. I had an awful diet and I didn't exercise at all. In the picture of me in the pink shirt I am at my heaviest. Almost 180 pounds! Before I had always been around 132. So I started working out and ran my first 5k since having my second baby. Even though I was working out I didn't lose much weight because I didn't change my diet. But finally after being on Fitness Blender I was inspired to buy a program and start eating healthy. I've lost 30 pounds and I am stronger than I have ever been in my life! Today I put on the same outfit I wore in my 5k last year and I can definitely see the differences now. I love fitness blender and it is what has motivated me to change my life!
