I have been doing Fitness Blender since about September 2017. I also do the Isagenix program with 2 shakes per day, a 400-600 calorie meal, and 2 100-150 calorie snacks per day. There are also cleanse days. Since September I have lost 25.1 lbs and 27.5 inches (maybe even more since today) but the scale hasn't budged much the last 2-3 weeks.
I have heard that intermittent fasting can help in many ways as far as weight loss goes - but I wanted to see if anyone else has tried this and what your success or non-success may have been.
