So I hurt my back in mondays workout, and it has been so sore, that i haven't been able to do more than little walking for few days.
Today I decided to try low impact workouts and it felt good so i did them. I noticed that when I sit it becomes more sore, so I have to keep moving.
Boy these were haaard, even though i'm quite fit. Had to remind myself to keep my abs and back thight so I could do those moves. Now I'm so wiped out and I could use a nap...😂 💪✌
