Hello beautiful people! So for the past few months I've been doing fairly well with working out doing FB30 and also doing the Whole30(look it up if you want to haven't heard of it!! It's amazing), and was seeing decent results in appearance as well as overall energy levels and digestive health. BUT this month of September I've gotten so far off track with eating right and working out, I basically stopped. So my plan is to start another round of the Whole30 starting October 1st, and then restart FB30 October 15th(my last day of working full time and not having the time or energy to fit in even the shortest of workouts). So I'm just doing a little check in I guess, and wondering if anybody can relate or is doing the Whole30 along with Fitnessblender.
