I love ballet! 😍 And I have just started learning the basics, but I can not go to classes so I decided to learn the basics from home
So I need some help🙈
Does anyone know how many days a week I should do stretching for ballet? And how many minutes?
Also, can you tell me how to organize my weekly schedule for ballet? I mean, how many days for barre, leg work, abs, stretching, etc...
