Please advice me

Hi friends. I'm not new to fitness blender but new in community chat. In 2015 I had pcod and I worked out seeing fitness blender YouTube videos for like 10 months and lost nearly 22 KGS ( gone from 96 to 74) 2 KGS per month. I stopped working out in 2016 due to some education stress.I am 25 years old now and have thyroid, pcod and slight asthma. I am 5.1 and 95 KGS now and afraid that I might not be able to lose weight again. Are there anyone who have the above health conditions and still managed to lose weight?. All in my family are doctors and my sister is constantly saying that I can workout after taking asthma medication. I was so happy when I lost nearly 20 KGS but now I losing confidence. I feel like crying. Are there anyone with asthma and still working out? This is the first time im speaking out as i am an introvert. Please friends help me. From where should I start?
