HKS Accountability Group Sept. 19

Good morning!

I achieved my goal of getting in some cardio yesterday after having to miss my FB workout. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical. I got to multi-task and get some research done at the same time. That could never happen with a FB workout! ;)

I just finished https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/squats-and-deadlifts-workout-at-home-lower-body-workout. I'm up a bit earlier so I think I'll get some chores done before work.
