Frugal and healthy (ish) dinner.

Slow cooked beans over baked potato.

These beans are cooked in broth and seasoned with spices. I also tossed in some leftover bacon crumbles but most of the time we eat this vegetarian. It’s quite tasty and these beans could also be served over noodles or rice. They are delicious and super budget friendly.
