Random thoughts for the day!

I've been noticing that my appetite has increased quite a bit recently. I know this happens when we are doing consistent workouts and I'm okay with it! I try to "feed the beast" as healthy as possible!

This is also random, but I'm feeling burnt out on veggies. Which is awful. I need to prepare them in a different way, just haven't had the time. I'm like choking them down when I eat lol. I go through cycle like this though so it's nothing new!

Last bit on randomness, I should be working out right now but my knees are bothering me (too much standing today). So I'm going to take some tylenol and push my workout to tonight after my son goes to bed. This also gives me something productive to do while I wait for my 10pm show to come on! Season premire night! Woot!!
