I’d love to make the FB cracked wheat bread recipe however I’ve never used cracked Wheat. Has anyone made this and can recommend a brand to use.

I’m also a bit confused because it looks like cracked wheat comes in a whole seed form or can be ground down into a finer consistency. Which would I need for this recipe?

And isnt cracked wheat different then bulgur?
