Taking it easy

I was supposed to be doing upper body workout today...but I've been working so hard recently been working more hours less days off work 😥 feel like my stress is peaking up again and coming home working out being so busy all the time my whole body just feels so heavy and exhausted and this isn't to do with working out! Where I do work is constant fast pace and moving around all day long and walking back home for 30 minutes a day there and back ...I think today I am going to put myself first and wind down and relax my mind and body since it's been going in circles recently so I think yoga will be my little low impact today and get my energy back and hopefully carry on with strong tomorrow..I do feel down about that I cant do it today but I think I do need to put things on pause for a change today and wind down 😌
