HKS Accountability Group Sep 17

Good morning!

Today was back on the plan of having a low stress week, so today I did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/3-day-flexibility-challenge-day-1-fluid-full-body-stretches-for-flexibility-and-stress-relief. It's this series for the next three days and then we'll see what state my body is in on Friday!

Work has been mostly stressful, it seems like I'm the only one staying late - because not only do I have a million rush projects on the go, I also have my administrative stuff, which I can't even touch until the phones shut off. It's really annoying, I usually only stay an hour late a day - I could definitely do way longer, but then there's no Manda-time.

Last night, Ma and I did not get our walk in, as I was quite late getting home, although we did spend some time together playing a video game, so our characters got exercise for us... ^.^;;
