second workout done!

Hello guys! today is the second day of my plan and I did the second workout for this week. It was ABS. I feel so tight and my core feels strong. Day 2 accomplished! AS promised here are the exercises for today's workout:

Plank + Knee drops

side plank right

side plank left

side plank reach through right

side plank reach through left

side plank elbow to floor right

side plank elbow to floor left

slow mountain climbers

bicycles

slow spider man mountain climbers

bicycle twists

reverse crunches

single leg drops

dead bug

45 sec on and 15 sec off, two times through with one minute rest between the sets!
