is this ok?

I'm a 16-year-old girl and I workout pretty vigorously 5 times a week because I love it. I recently started public school for the first time in a long time (ive been doing homeschooling) and it been exhausting. Is it ok to do just a 30-minute pilates workout rather than an hour-long HIIT and strength workout? I am so tired today and know that the hitt won't make me feel more energized like it usually does. But i feel kind of guilty cause I rarely ever do this. I am healing an unhealthy relationship with exercise and food as well, so this question may seem stupid, but in my mind, it's a real dilemma. If anyone could reassure me or tell me their view on this, that would be so helpful!
