Workout plan

So guys.. I created my own workout plan based on what K&D suggested in one of their videos and on what you all advised me yesterday. The plan looks now thousand times better than yeterday´s. It looks now logical at least.. I hope you find it ok this time and I will start working out lightly tomorrow. I am going to post every day what workout I´ve done and sharing with you the exercises I put in the routine, so that I stay motivated and on track. Who konws, maybe I motivate some one, who needs motivation and a small push. I wanna say a big, fat, and huge thank you to every one, who shared with me yesterday his story and advice with me. I really appreciate every word you wrote to me
