Cooler weather so I think I’ll run...

Hey FB! I’ve been blending for about 2 years consistently. The weather Is FINALLY cooling a bit here in Nor Cal, and so I’ve decided to add running back into my routine. Before FB, I ran 4-5 days a week, including long runs. I was happy to take a break, kind of sick of it, but I’m missing it and looking forward to it now! Isn’t it funny how we ebb and flow?!

Anyway, I’m planning on blending FB XT with runs and just read up on some previous threads for great advice. I’m posting here for some accountability. I sure wish I could green check mark my runs on my September calendar. I’m thinking I’ll print one off and use a green marker. 😂
