Feeling pretty awesome

In the meantime I read a lot of posts about healthy body image and fitness and am now at a point where I feel pretty good about myself. I am nog completely at a "healthy weight" yet, but getting there slowly and okay with it going slowly because I know it's sustainable.

I hope this will be incouraging for those of you struggling. Keep working out, enjoy your food, love your body, be proud of what you can do.
