The Start of my new workout Journey

Hi, I am new here and I had just finished Day two of my attempt at a daily workout routine. I am going to try a keep a daily log of my workouts or at least going keep updating every time I finish a workout.

I am aiming to get a routine of light cardio workout every day with more intense training on the weekend.

My entire goal of me working out is to overcome my lack of fatigue and prevent the health issues that is common in my family line. Here's hoping I can stick to this.
