things I've learnt in 2 weeks of random workouts

Well, my PT has said NO MORE HIIT / pilates / anything above the waist for at least 2 weeks. The callus between the two fragments of the clavicle is too weak and easily displaced with any arm movement. That's why I am in so much pain! Can do some isometric and will need to use the brace again.

BUT, with just two weeks of random FB workouts I've learnt a lot about my body. I've been training an average of 10 hrs week (cycling only) for 5 years but FB has shown me 1) I'm not flexible 2) I'm not strong. Both probably the reason why I crashed and broke my collarbone. Both the reason why my racing has not improved.

I really look forward to healing the effing clavicle so that I can totally rethink my approach to being a fit 50 year old.
