First day starting soon!

Finally, bought a program.

I've known FB for years but I've been working out very sparingly. Like, once a month or two. After several months of eating all evening and sleeping all weekends (not very proud of this....), while telling myself my body was still okay, I felt uncomfortable breathing last Monday. It felt alarming.

I bought FB Blend that night, but was too chicken to start right away. I'm aiming for 3-4 days a week. Today is day 1. Not sure if I can do it, to be honest. I'm gonna start right after this, without thinking about it anymore. Wish me luck!
