Meditation issues

Hey!

I'm more- less beginner in doing meditation and usually do it afternoon not more than 10 min. Few times I try chakra meditation and during that kind of meditation I feel good, feel the energy and inner peace, but after that or after any other meditation I feel down and not much motivated, like all my motivation just disappear.

I know meditation is good for body and soul but I'm wondering does anyone going through the same feelings after meditation as I do?
