Tips for mindless weekend eaters?

I am usually really good about eating well and consistently throughout the work week. Unfortunately I work a graveyard shift and for personal reasons can't keep the same schedule over the weekends, so I tend to eat more than I need on days when I transition from graveyards, back to days. I am particularly excessive in my eating habits on my "Fridays" and "Saturdays" and while it hasn't affected my weight-loss progress thus far I can see it doing so in the future. What do you guys do when you have days where you feel like you have the munchies ALL day?

Any healthy, tasty lower calorie snacks, or meals that keep you fuller for longer would be appreciated!
