Questions about FB Meal Plans


I'm thinking of buying one of the FB Meal Plans, and would welcome any info from those of you who bought them.

What is the lowest calorie allotment per day? Are the meals fast to make or do they require a lot of prep? I'm sure there is plenty of avocado and peanut butter, but are there also suggestions on how to substitute ingredients one doesn't like/cannot found in one's country?
