Is the real food enough?

Hello everyone. I have been exercising with fitness blender since 2015 and these guys have changed my life . I haven’t been in a gym so i do my workouts at home . But lately i have been seeing many posts on instagram recommending to add supplements to the diet such as whey protein and creatine . Are such things necessary in order to achieve body goals ? Please help im confused !
