HIIT and Cardio Kickboxing - Power On! 💪


Tuesday are most often Upper Body days in the majority of FB programs, but since I don’t like Upper body training so much, I swapped the scheduled workout for this HIIT + Kickboxing. What I like about this one is that Kickboxing part is given in the Tabata style (20/10) and it is short, fun and not exhausting at all. Give it a try! 😉
