milestone today

So, although I have always been flexible, doing seated toe touches always show me where I'm tight, and it's always been hard to get to my toes. Today, at the end of the fb30r1 workout, I felt the need to stretch more than the video. Now, I usually take off my shoes during stretches, so I did. Only, this time I did the "Kelli maneuver"....in a different video, at one point, she reaches down and ties her shoes while in the toe touch stretch....I was so proud that I was able to unknot and take off my shoes all while stretching!!! Whoot!!
