Hashimotos/Hypothyroid Weight Loss

Hi FB fam - any hashimotos/hypothyroid folks here?

I've had this auto-immune condition for ~5 years now and it has gotten progressively difficult to lose weight (12 kgs weight gain over 5 years).

Even though my fitness/strength is better than an average person and my thyroid levels are stable, my weight (76 kgs, 165cm) and body fat (32%) are in the unhealthy range. I workout with FB 5x a week, have a clean-ish diet and am consistently pushing myself to get fit. The FB workouts leave me feeling great and I get mild toning benefits. However, after 1-2 years, I still can't shed the extra weight which is started to weigh heavily on my overall motivation and body image perception.

Any exercise, dietary or generic tips on this? Thanks!
