It's a small victory

When I first started doing FB 2+ months ago my knees hurt like crazy. I couldn't even do the standing front of thigh stretch thing. I had to do low impact on nearly all moves involving bending my knees at all. I noticed that lately... I'm bending my knees and there isn't any pain! Of course I won't go crazy and over do it. But it's so amazing to be able to sink just a little bit lower in my squats 🥰
