Good read that made it "click"

I've heard K&D talk about nutrition and always loved their approach. Somehow though it had never just "clicked" for me to use in day to day life. I read a Dutch book ("weg met de weegschaal"/ scale be gone) and her approach is very similar to K&D's. I read it in 2 days and it clicked! Eat when your body tells you it needs nutrition, listen to the signals it is sending you. Eat with attention, taste your food. Eat untill you are satisfied. Eat food with a short ingrediënt list (real food).

When you crave certain foods: eat it, but only as long as it tastes amazing.

It's nog a diet, it's something you can do your entire life. A no nonsens, sometimes blunt (it is a Dutch writer afterall) approach and I like it.

I wonder what it will do for me :)
