Been doing theses plans for 3 weeks, before this I was running 5 times a week with no issues. Week 3 my knee has swallen due to the high impact work I have been doing. Taking a leaf of of Kellie’s book and still doing the exercises but going for low impact when pos. At times want to work hard and forget about my knee, hope settles down soon. Been trying for a baby for 2 years with 2 mc’s doctors refuse to see me until bmi down to 30. Was 35, 6 months ago now 30.7!!!!
