Walking through NY

Hi everyone!

I’m at the airport heading home from a week in NYC! It’s been a great trip. It came right in the middle of a workout program, though-XT. I decided to give myself the week off and not beat myself up about it, but it do hope that I’m still on track for my goals! I wanted to get your thoughts on something... every day for the last week I’ve been doing between 15k-20k steps to get around the city. It’s felt like a major workout and my Fitbit even registered my long walks as active minutes&workout days! At the same time, I did more drinking and eating than usual, that’s for sure! Lol. So... do you all think the walking balanced out the indulging? Think I’ll have lost progress, or will it have kept me steady? I know I’ll really be the only one who can see how the week effects my progress but I guess I’m just looking for some thoughts, opinions and support:)
