HKS Accountability Group Sep 4

Good morning!

Back into the swing of things / back to work :*(

Today I worked out with Daniel https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/30-minute-core-strength-fitness-blender-advanced-core-workout although since I am still working on improving my core, I did mostly bodyweight for these exercises and only 3lbs where I knew I could (like the regular crunches).

Yesterday was a really nice day off. I mostly spent time in two of the online games that I play, and ate out of the meal plan (it's so tempting to go off course when I'm just at home). Mum and I did also walk last night, although the bugs are really bad for some reason, and we've been getting eaten alive for the last couple of days.
