Just do it mode.

Hi everyone :)

I am celebrating making a decision of not overthinking it and doing things without excuses.

For example I used to use my husbands phone to watch FB and workout (I own a Nokia - no video stream ;) ) so when his schedule didnt match mine "I couldn't" workout.

two days ago I jumpt for 20 minutes (40 sec jump- 20 sec rest) and did a cooldown as well

Yesterday I printed out a workout and while my husband was in class I was working out a full cardio FB workout without a video.

and instead of eating for comfort when I get home I take a fruit and that is it. YAY'YA!!!

I wont over think it I will do it with everything.

I realy truely want to and so I will.
