Figuring out my macros.

So, I’ve been reading a book on vegan flexible dieting (by someone I respect and have followed for a while!) and have been using the information in it to figure out my calories and macros.

My goal for now is to maintain, not really focus on fat loss or muscle building for a while. I currently weigh 122, and have a fat percentage around 28%, and next to no muscle. (Working on changing that!)

I’ve done so much math, basing everyone off my maintenance calories. Ha.

I found where I wanted my fat grams to be, but figured out a few options for fat/carbs. Am open to any input! I know it’ll be trial and error, but I’m just unsure where would be best to start!

Calculating three options with the fat at the low end of the spectrum...

1- Protein 70g

Fat 30g

Carbs 204g

2- Protein 85g

Fat 30g

Carbs 190g

3- Protein 105g

Fat 30g

Carbs 170g
