Taking little steps....but I'm struggling

I'm having difficulty keeping to my decision to slow down due to burnout recovery...I need to lift weights! I mean I really need to. But my body is saying different right now and I know I need to either respect that or deal with the consequences.

So today I started with this video: Yoga For Flexibility | 16 Minute Practice | Yoga With Adriene, knowing it will give me some energy to get on with my day. I may do another 40 minute video this afternoon. I'm loving it!

Yoga is doing amazing things for me right now. Things I need, like boosting my energy and giving me a sense of accomplishment, knowing I am doing something positive for mind and body.

So there it is. This is my journey for now.
