Total Body Cardio workouts each day this week...😥

I'm slowly building my cardio strength back to what it was a year ago. Health issues have stalled me big time but things are getting back to normal again.

This week's workouts made me a bit apprehensive....cardio and HIIT every single day. Every Single Day. Ugh. And with yesterday's "disaster" I wasn't looking forward to exercising today. I stalled as long as I could. But then, it was time I took my own advice and Just Do It! I took myself down to the basement and hit "play" and started the warm up. And the workout was actually fun! The mix of moves was just what I needed not to feel overwhelmed or frustrated. I worked up a real good sweat.
