What did you folks do today? :)

I just finished Pilates Abs, Butt and Thigh Workout - Intense Pilates Workout for Lower Body & Core, 63 minutes total. I am feeling low mood-wise today (I struggle with depression) and needed something low impact but that required my total concentration. Pilates was the perfect choice.
