Keeping active on holiday

Hi friends, this is my first community post and I’m not sure if it’s in the right section, but here goes!

In October I’ll be going to Cornwall for 2 weeks with my family for some much needed down-time - it’s been quite a hard year for all of us and I’ve just finished a masters degree at university, which was both rewarding and stressful in equal measure!

As excited as I am to have a break I’m also slightly anxious about how to maintain my fitness routine while I’m away (I’ve never stuck to a workout schedule as well as I currently am so I’m worried about falling off the exercise wagon, if you like)

Normally in Cornwall we like to go on cliff top hikes so I’m thinking that can make up most of my exercise while I’m away. I was also thinking that these 2 weeks could be a good chance to focus on stretching and flexibility!

I would really appreciate any other thoughts and advice anyone might have to share - thank you so much in advance ☺️
