Burpee Club!

Good Morning Blenders! I did it! Full Burpees. With both legs... jumping out... at the same time. HA! Take that, you nasty Burpee.

Day 18 of Strong without missing a day. I added this HIIT program today along with the scheduled stretching. Kudos to Kelli for offering low impact on every exercise. Love you Kelli!
