I ate terribly unhealthy today and I decided to do a good workout to get myself back on track.

I just did 23 minutes of this workout and I paused a couple of times during the core workout. It's not an area that really gets sore the next day because we don't use it that much for strenuous movement so I thought for sure I can do it, but they were screaming for me to stop.

I pushed forward and when I realized I was nauseous I decided I just wasn't up for it and I stopped. I really like to see the workout complete at the end and to know I pushed through it. That's why I'm really proud of myself that I listened to my body and decided it was okay to stop and that I still worked out today so I'm okay.
