August complete! :)

So I am done with my last August workout and I am really, really happy with my results! I pushed myself really hard on most days and actually managed to improve on a couple of exercises. I.e. I finally reached a point where I am able to balance decently on my tailbone for Russian twists, I can do some of the sitting stretches with a straight back, where I had to round my spine a little in the past, I can do toe-touch-crunches with almost straight legs and I increased my performance on shoulder presses and (finally!) even biceps curls! :D

Got one more week left in my third rotation of FB Flex. Not yet sure what I will do afterwards... probably another rotation of Strong.
