For even the most fit people: A Reminder to Modify

I consider myself a pretty fit person. I can usually push myself through most FB workouts doing the most difficult modifications. Of course, it took years of hard work to get to this point.

Today I did a longer workout than usual and found myself pretty exhausted and muscles fatigued by the time I got to the upper body strength section. Lifts that normally come easy to me were more challenging. I noticed my form suffer and I ended up dropping my weights entirely. At first I was very understandably frustrated, but then I remembered how K&D preach that every day you need to mindful of your body. Push yourself - but know when to modify if you need it. Every day will be different and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
