August diary

I am very happy with my August!

This last week I was in deliberate break that I felt is a must. Other than that I indeed exercised 5days/week or equivalent. The week it shows 4 days, one of the days was outdoor activity equivalent to a 1000cal soreness.

And I am specially proud because I did all of these while having 12+working hours almost all month. It was indeed a challenge and that’s why I needed the break.

My workload will be skyrocketing in September (I hate you university trimesters!). Not really hoping to get this much done. But still planning to start FB Burn r2 and aiming for a 3-4 workouts/ week. Let’s see how it goes!
