September Goals: what are yours?

August was a pretty good month (except for the pasrt I was sick). I walked, I worked out, I hang out, I relaxed, I enjoyed..

School start again on monday so it's back into the normal routine for us. I have to start work again this week as well. My goal for september is to do 4 FB workouts a week and a long walk on monday (10k +). I've noticed that walking is really improving my mental health and slimming my legs. I'm almost done with FB30 r3 and starting Strong after.

Because of the lifting I'll be doing with strong I also want to up my protein intake, so that's another goal..

And still: the pants.. I want to wear the pants comfortably...
