August Evaluation: how was your August??

I thought it would be nice to have one topic where we can evaluate our month and show how we did.

My goal for august was to at least work out 4 times a week (bacause of the summer holiday and how I normally tend to slack of when the holiday starts). Long walks also count as a workout, those are the notationmarks in my calender. My shortest walk was 5.5 k, the longest was 10k, which I did 4 evenings in a row..

So I am quite pleased: I've done what I wanted to do. I was sick the first week, so I gave myself permission to rest, but the rest of august went as planned.

I also wanted to wear the pants comfortably. Top pic is end of july, bottom pic is today. Still some work to do there..
