Friendly request for another UB video with pulses :)


First of all, is it just me or are K&D on FIRE lately with our new workouts?! I have loved them all! I especially loved the recent 15 min UB strength one with all the new moves. I almost never do the same workout in a week, but I am doing it twice this week because I love it so much :)

I'd love to see another upper body workout with pulses, like this one:

Those pulses are so killer and take UB body workouts to a new level! Maybe some short bouts of cardio in there too? Or feel free to ignore this thought altogether, because I appreciate all you guys do for us and absolutely love all of the workouts we have to choose from ;)
