I had completely lost it- but now I am back!

By mid July, I had completely lost my motivation to do FB. I had been at it for 5 years and seen great results. but still was unhappy with my body and disgusted by my inability to get my eating under control. And the scale number has remained atrocious ( entirely my fault because of my eating). I did maybe 5 o r 6 FB workouts for the past month and a half, also did some with the Results app, which I liked. When I was tired I slept. I actually watched TV and finished two professional exams.

But now I am back. FB Strong, cause quite frankly I am just sick of HIIT for some reason. I am back. And I will finish this program. I am a Blender for life!
