1 week no excercise (doctors orders) :(

Was sailing thorough week 3 of FBSweat when the squats and deadlifts workout popped up on Sunday. Every time I've done this one I've had a bit of an achy back the next day but nothing too troublesome.

Woke up yesterday with the same thing , got gradually worse as the day went on and woke up this morning barely able to move. Went to the doc and he thinks it's strained - painkillers, heat and rest for the next 7 days :(

I think maybe this particular routine just doesn't agree with me! Kelli says not to worry about keeping up too much as the transition breaks are pretty short but I always rush to get going on the next excercise and that's probably what's done the damage!
