FB Sweat Day 11 Birthday Workout Complete!

Soooo tired but I'm glad I kept going. I went out for brunch this morning with my family for my birthday, and then I was too full to work out until now. I had to do quite a few low impact modifications but I kept moving. I don't usually eat that much at a time but there were so many good things to try--now I am remembering why I want to commit to eating healthier, because I definitely feel better when I don't overdo it!
