I have a combination of oatmeal’s and chia seeds with Greek yogurt and a fruit after working out . It does become a nice thick mixture and is delicious ! But somehow it doesn’t satiate my appetite much . I end up feelin hungry again in an hour or 2 .. I mean , it’s a fibre rich complete meal . Shouldn’t it be filling ? Or is it because the body’ s energy requirements increase post work out ? Or may be the quantity I am eating is not enough ?
